The working electrode is installed in the sample holder (included in the setup). Other sample holders are available on request. The counter electrode of choice is installed in a counter electrode holder (included in the setup) and separated from the other electrodes by a membrane. The Ag\/AgCl or Ag\/Ag+ reference electrode (other types are available on request) is mounted in the top casing if 3-electrode setup is required. The electrochemically active electrodes (working, counter and reference) and membranes are not included in the setup. \u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eA temperature of an electrolyte can be controlled by circulation of a fluid agent between thermostatic bath and the jacketed vial. \u003c\/span\u003eThe cell has two spare ports for connection of \u003cem\u003ee.g.\u003c\/em\u003e thermometer, Clark electrode, pH meter electrode, or other 6 mm dia. electrode\/probe. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cell elements are constructed with materials that are inert to the sample (glass and PEEK). It well fits aqueous (FKM\/EPDM O-Rings) and organic solvent (FFKM O-Rings) electrolyte requirements. The construction is gas-tight and can be used when the removal and exclusion of contaminants such as oxygen and water is required by bubbling of an inert gas through the electrolyte.
