MTI

This 4" tube flange is specially made for CVD applications where customers need a dual tube configuration. Each flange is equipped with a water-cooling jacket which fully protects the O-rings during the heating process. Flange supports will be provided with the flange set to ensure the rigidity and safety of the structure. 

Features
  • Made of Stainless Steel (SS304)  with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
  • Seals tube ends by tightening screws on the flanges without any welding and glue.
  • Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe.
  • Flange support parts are included for customers' further customization.
  • Water cooling jacket is implemented with fittings for easy connection to water hoses (click picture to the right for details)
Ports
  • Left flange: one 3/8" barbed needle valve, one valve for digital meter, water cooling inlet/outlet.
  • Right flange: one 3/8" barbed needle valve, one KF25 vacuum port, water cooling inlet/outlet.

Dimensions
 		The flange is designed for MTI 4" (100mm O.D x 92mm I.D) and 80mm O.D (72mm I.D) outer and inner furnace tubes, respectively.
