8/6/4 Vessel Rotary Reactor (50 ml) Up to 250°C & 10 MPa ( Mixing & Ball Mill) - BGP-R8-D

BGP-R8-D is a multi-vessel rotary mixer in the oven up to 250°C and 10 MPa pressure for high-temperature mixing, ball milling, and homogeneous hydrothermal processing with various vessels or jars from 50ml to 200ml.

Power	AC 208- 240V , single phase, 50/60 Hz Total Power: 2000 W ~ 36“ L power cable is included, but no plug. You may order a 220V / 15A plug to fit a 208 - 240V AC power  If you would like to use at 110V AC, you have to order a 3000W ( 110V- 220V) transformer ( click Pic below right), then directly connect the transformer to a wall plug ( 20A rating, USA plug)

Rotation Mechanism	High torque 24VDC motor is located inside the case. Speed range: 0 - 300 RPM adjustable for standard 50ml or 100ml vessels (Max. Rotation Speed will be varied depending on the size of the vessels) The oven comes with 8/6/4 standard vessel clamps, customers may request clamps in different quantities or for different vessel clamping sizes.
Vessel	The standard vessel is made of SS 304 with PTFE lining 8 vessels with 50 mL capacity, 10Mpa Max Pressure, or 6 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure, or 4 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure.
