600 PEM Electrolyzer test system

Scribner

The 600 PEM Electrolyzer Test System (ETS) is a next-generation, high-performance bench-top test system engineered for in-depth research and development of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) water electrolysis. This all-in-one solution delivers unmatched precision, control, and safety for the diagnostic evaluation a single electrolysis cell.

Equipped with a fully integrated Power Supply, Potentiostat, and Impedance Analyzer (supporting both EIS and HFR), the 600 ETS also features real-time sensors for Product Flow Rate and Cross-over Monitoring, providing researchers with critical insights at every stage of testing.

Our 2nd generation advancements expands automated features to support your long-term testing, and is high-pressure ready!

  • Integrated 100A Power Supply with EIS & HFR — Seamlessly combine electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and high-frequency resistance (HFR) for comprehensive insights.

  • Half Cell (R1/R2) Measurements in Power Supply Mode — Get accurate data effortlessly. Our system simplifies half-cell measurements.

  • Dual Channel Mass-Flow Controller (MFC) — Say goodbye to manual rotameters! Our MFC ensures precise gas flow control, with automated safety interventions.

  • Streamlined Cell Cabling —We’ve redesigned the front panel for a simpler, more efficient cabling arrangement.

  • Single USB Connection — Connect effortlessly. One cable, one clear bench.

  • Automated Tank Refill — Unattended operation for electrolyte experiments is now a reality. Let our system handle the details.

  • DI Water Conductivity Probes —Monitor conductivity inside the feed tank via front panel displays and collect data in our FlowCell software.

  • Self-Draining Condensation Tanks — Boost automation and reduce maintenance. No more manual draining.

  • Constant voltage or current testing

  • Step/stair profiles

  • Cyclic and linear scan routines

  • Custom test protocols tailored for PEM, AEM, or alkaline electrolyzer characterization
