MTI

AM-YLJ-8T is an automated pallet pressing system for high-throughput and autonomous experiments in condensed phase. This compact, glovebox-friendly unit is programmable via an LCD touchscreen and compatible with various types of powder in a fast and accurate manner for powder palletization. The modular design can be used solely for 6 samples per batch or pairs with automated MTI materials preparation system for autonomous experiments. The free software advances instrumental communication and data acquisition. 


SPECIFICATIONS:
Operation procedures
  • Program operation procedure in PC or touchscreen - including pressing pressure and holding time
  • Manual load powders into 6 clean pressing dies. and start the program. 
  • The system 
    • Place the top pressing rod
    • Move the pressing die for pressing and dwelling
    • Take out the sample via a demolding process 
    • Place the sample inside a clean plastic cup. 
  • Throughput: 30 minutes per 6 samples.

  • Material: Tool Steel (HRC60-62)
  • Standard: 6 sets of 10 mm diameter dies are included
  • Max pressure: 1000 MPa, 8 ton-force
