Overview
SP-15AB Dual Station Induction Heater is designed for a material research lab to quickly melt and perform heat treating to metallic materials up to 1kg. The 2m long power cable allows the heating station and the control station to be located up to 2m from each other for operation safety.

Application Notes
- Applications: Melting, Sintering, Annealing, Heat treatment, Quenching
- The heater will shut down if over output occurs. Please reduce coil cycle number to keep the heater operating under Max power
- Melting time and temperature are related to materials, the crucible, refractory insulation, etc.
- Metal samples may be melted in vacuum using a 60mm dia half-open quartz tube with a vacuum flange/valve. Please contact us for vacuum tube setup details.
- For induction heating in air or inside a glove box, please contact us for the design
