Material testing using melt-spinning is available, otherwise, we use NbFeB as the standard for testing before shippingPlease be advised that not every material can be melt spun.  In order to achieve melt-spinning successfully,  the material melt must have a proper viscosity.  It is the customer's responsibility to find the right composition, crucible size, and power supply
Ferromagnetic metals are generally responsive to induction heating. For refractory materials, e.g. materials with high melting point (>1200ºC) or low permeability (?/?0<100), please consider using BN crucibles with graphite casing for the best performanceThe equipment also can be modified into a casting and granulating furnace
