MSK-111A-PEM is a large, high-precision automatic stacking machine for Both Liquid and Solid Pouch Cells (Z-type stacking for liquid cells and piece-by-piece sequence stacking for Solid State Cells with Three Components, including Cathode, Anode, Solid Electrolyte or Separator). The maximum acceptable electrode size is L 200 mm * 150 mm W. The stacking machine is compatible with a dual-chamber glovebox that is filled with Argon gas to ensure no air/humidity exposure during pouch cell electrode stacking.

Stacking Fixture 
  • Stacking die is not included.
  • If you need a specific size of electrode stacking, please inform us before ordering. We will make it for you at an extra cost. Allowable customization size: Max. 200mm x 150mm; Min. 100 mm x 50 mm; Each size cell needs one mold.
Operation in Glove Box
  • The Pouch Cell Stacking Machine can be operated in the customized glove box in either N2 or Ar gas
Vacuum Pump
  • An oil-free vacuum pump (28L/min, 140W) is built into enable the vacuum suction function of the electrode pick-up/stacking manipulator. 
Suggested Air Pressure
  • 0.5 - 0.8 MPa (Air compressor is not included in the standard package.
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.

Transparent Cover
  • The transparent cover is optional at an extra cost for the NRTL Certificate
