MTI

KSL-1200X-M5 is a five-sided heating box furnace, providing good temperature field uniformity. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber material. The maximum temperature can reach 1200 degrees, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1 degree. This furnace has the advantages of uniform temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall speed, and energy saving. It is an ideal product to do high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection.

Application Notes
  • This furnace is a vacuum-sealed furnace, toxic or explosive materials, and gasses are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. 
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
