MTI

HXQ-50 is an automatic mounting press designed to encapsulate samples into round discs up to 200ºC and 2 metric tons for 50mm for SEM or metallographic samples. 4 sets of mounting dies are included with 25 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm. The touchscreen panel makes operation at ease.

Pressing Die
  • Four sets of mounting dies are included with an ID of 25, 30, 40, and 50 mm, which can make two samples at the same time.
  • Each Die Set include:
    • Die Sleeve: OD 60 mm, Height ~135 mm
    • Upper Pressing Rod: Height ~26 mm
    • Lower Pressing Rod: Height ~26 mm
    • Separating Plate: Height: 8 mm
