BSL -W Alkaline electrolysis electrode

BSL -W Alkaline electrolysis electrode is composed of proprietary catalyst that is coated on nickel mesh (46 mesh, strand diameter being ~0.25 mm).  In typical alkaline electrolyzer stacks, this electrode has been demonstrating the following characteristics:

• Overpotential @ 5000 A/m²: ~200 mV for HER side (versus RHE)
• Degradation rate: < 1.0 μV/hr
• Cell voltage: 1.67 V @ 5000 A/m² (coupled with BSL-5.0 as the anode electrode)
• Energy consumption: 4.0 kWh/Nm³ @ 5000 A/m²
• Commercial use: This electrode has been recognized as a product with excellent resistance to reverse current and anti-impurity adsorption in typical alkaline electrolyzer stacks for its characteristics.

It is recommended that this electrode product to be operated for a minimum of 24 hours or longer in order to see the desired electrochemical performance. Shorter operational times may demonstrate low performance.
