Heating Elements
& Thermal Insulation

• SiC foam is employed as a heating element which is a microwave susceptor
• One ZrO2 crucible is included, which is also a microwave susceptor. and inserted inside the SiC disk
• Note: Zirconia crucible is easy to crack during rapid heating, which is consumable ( click the pic below to order ).
• SiC Graphite crucible is also available, please click the picture below to order
• The SiC heater is placed inside a fibrous alumina casing as the thermal insulation layer
