SPG-30AB is a compact 30KW High-Frequency Induction Heater designed for quickly heating or melting metallic material. This system can also be modified to a crucible melting furnace with a 2" tube and flange.

Application Notes

  • Applications include: Melting, Sintering, Annealing, Heat treatment, and Quenching.
  • The heater will shut down if over output occurs. Please reduce sample size to keep the heater operating under Max power.
  • Melting time and temperature are related to materials, the crucible, refractory insulation, etc. If you do not know whether the induction heater can melt your sample or not, please contact us for consulting. Have your alloy's composition, melting point, and quantity to be melted prepared.
