A hybrid applicator with doctor blade and slot die head, which is the ideal solution for various coating scenarios. These tools allow you to use a doctor blade for high-viscosity "batch" slurries while offering a slot-die head for low-viscosity, precision-metered coatings.

The hybrid film applicator with adjustable gap (0-4 mm) is designed as accessories for multifunctional tap casting coaters

Effective Coating Width
  • Max. coating width: 50, 80 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300 mm, and 500 mm.
Film Applicator Features
  • Adjustable gap: 0-6 mm by rotating the two mechanical or digital gauges
  • Material: SS304 (SS316 can be supplied upon request)
  • The mechanical micrometer is included.
