  • Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.

Application Notes

 
  • For the longer service life of the furnace, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.
  • The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either.
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating 
  • The heating module is easy to replace. Click pic left to order spare the Heating module for replacement
  • If firing material release vapor or smoking, please put the furnace into a fume hood as left 2 pictures. 
Note
  • Toxic, corrosive or explosive gases are not allowed for use with this furnace. You may consider the furnace with a separated controller to use in a glovebox  or remote distance  (click Pic. 1 to order ) 
  • If you need to open a hole on the top of the furnace ( Pic. 2), please let us know.  
  • The furnace can be modified into a hybrid tube furnace (Pic. 3)
