How to test on
MTI Furnace
  1. Disconnect the heating element,
  2. Open the power of the controller, the output signal lightly on.
  3. Start a program on the controller, the output signal blinking.
Or if you directly test the two pin of output(Max. 380V) ,it should not be connected unless you have input voltage.
Another case if you just open the power, if the output signal bright light, it means SSR failed.
