MSK-120-LV is a gas-driven and electrical Aluminum Laminated Films pouch case-forming machine with Automatic Depth Adjustment.
The maximum pouch cell can be punched is L380 * W310 mm (no airbag mode)

Customized Die Size	Customer can choose the punching die size within the following types:  Dual Concaves, Folded (with airbag): Max. L190*W250mm (punching airbag width: 50 mm). Single Concave, Folded (with airbag): Max. L205*W250mm (punching airbag width: 50 mm). Single Concave, Four-side sealing (with airbag): Max. L380*W250mm (punching airbag width: 50 mm). Single Concave, Four-side sealing (no airbag): Max. L380*W310mm
Air Pressure Requirement	0.5 - 0.8 MPa Air or inert gas Air Compressor is not included. Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
Max. Cup Depth	Maximum 6.0 mm Precision: ± 0.05 mm Punching distance: 90 mm.
Max. Punching Pressure	3T for case forming with servo motor; Case pressing force is up to 30 T (adjustable with pneumatic cylinder)
Production Efficiency	~150-200 pcs/h

Die Installation Warning	The tolerance of precision die is very little; Misalignment will result in die damage.  Following the operation manual when installing the die. MTI is not responsible for the damage caused by desperation.
