Structure of PEEK Die
  • The vessel body is made of PEEK with optional inside diameters of 6, 10, and 12.75 mm ID with well-polished
  • Pushing rod material is optional from Steel, Ni or Ti alloy
Max. Working Pressure 
  • Max. 350 MPa (PEEK, room temperature, good alignment) 
  • Suggest pellet of thickness is >= 0.5 mm
 Warranty
  • Please put the die in the center position and keep pressure less than 300 MPa ( totoal force/ die aear ), the die and pushing rod may be broken, and 
  • There is no warranty for misuse and broken
