Containers

• Six 30mL mixing containers included in the standard package
• For each mixing container, the maximum effective volume is 15 mL
• For proper operation, ensure an even number of containers is used and all containers are evenly balanced by weight

• 0.5-0.7 Mpa (Air compressor is not included in the standard package)
• Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure withing the required working range for safe operation.

• Mixer is compatible with a vacuum pump, NOT included in the standard package
• Mixing chamber can reach the vacuum level to -0.085 Mpa

Back Panel

• Compressed air, gas inlet, and vacuum ports are equipped and located on the back panel for tubing connections
• 

• Touchscreen control panel to set mixing speed and duration
• Stored up to 8 recipes in memory
• For auto mode, 3 segments can be set for each program 
• Mixing duration: 1-999 seconds, accuracy: 1 second
• Cover lid is open or close via the touchscreen 

• Safety protection and interlocks are integrated. The equipment automatically stops when:

1. The top cover is open 
2.  Containers are not equal masses 

• CE Certified 
• NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at an extra cost

• Always operate the mixer on a leveled and stable surface 
• Do not introduce flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases into the mixing chamber
• Check the chemical resistance of the container with different sample materials before loading sample
• Never overload the mixing container. Use a digital balance to ensure the sample loadings are balanced before mixing.
• Double-check if the containers are mounted correctly and securely before mixing.
• Stop the mixing immediately if an abnormal sound or vibration is observed.
• Never open the cover lid until the rotation has completely stop. Do not retrieve or place the mixing contaienrs to the mixing fixture white the rotation has not completely stopped.
• Only use the included containers for this machine.
