Vacuum Sealing Assembly with Vacuum Meter / Valves for 4.5" (115 mm) dia Processing Tube - EQ-FL-114

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 114 - 115 mm (4,5") diameter tube without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings  ( 300°C Max., and six screws)
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve, and on the other end has valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal 114 mm diameter (4.5" dia. OD) ceramic and quartz tube.

Installation Video
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
