Description

This cell allows you to isolate a part of a metal sheet and perform an electrochemical characterization. With this setup different parts of the same metal sheet can be conveniently evaluated. The diameter of the testing area is 42 mm, the maximum thickness of the sample is 3 mm.

The ItalSens Coating Evaluation Test Cell contains:

  • Cell body, base and cell top
  • Cell clamp
  • O-ring

Recommended electrodes (not included):

  • Graphite Rod Counter Electrode (Ø 6 mm) [IS-GR.CE.5]
  • Counter Electrode made of Platinum Wire [IS-PT.W.CE.1]
  • Reference Electrode with Ag/AgCl in aqueous KCl [IS-AG/AGCL.AQ.RE.1]
  • Reference Electrode based on Calomel [IS-CAL.RE.1]
