MTI
VMC-3000 is a vacuum furnace with induction heating up to 3000ºC, designed for graphitization of carbon fiber and sintering of ceramic materials at super-high temperatures. It can also be used as a molten salt electrolysis furnace with an optional electrode feedthrough flange.

| Vacuum Chamber | The chamber is made of SS304 with a double-layer water-cooling jacket. Chamber size: OD Φ730 x ID φ700 x L 580mm One Φ35 mm window is installed on the top of the chamber for the IR sensor. One Φ120 mm window is installed on the front door of the chamber for observation. Warranty
One-Year limited warranty.
The One Year Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
- Consumable parts, such as graphite dies, O-rings, crucibles, screws, washers, glassware, etc.
- Any damage and rust resulting from improper storage or maintenance.
- Any damages caused by the use of corrosive and acidic gases.
- Any damage resulting from failing to adhere to the individual product's specific operation requirements, such as water cooling, venting, etc.
