Automated Dual Furnace in Dual Chamber Glovebox from 500°C to 1700°C - KSL-AM-GB2
MTI
Overview
KSL-AM-GB2 is an automated heat treatment system integrated into a dual-chamber glovebox. The system features two bottom-loading muffle furnaces and a robotic arm inside a glovebox equipped with a purification system (O2/H2O < 1 ppm). Once samples are loaded into the glovebox, the robotic arm automatically loads and unloads the samples and completes the programmed sintering processes.
Specifications
| Furnaces | Bottom-loading furnaces with a heating chamber measuring 120 × 120 × 120 mm, available with operating temperatures from 500°C to 1700°C. The antechamber door can be upgraded with an automatic opening and closing mechanism. |
| Glovebox | Dual-chamber glovebox with a purification system to maintain H2O and O2 levels below 1 ppm. Water-cooled gas filter to help maintain a low internal glovebox temperature. Optional air conditioning system to maintain the glovebox interior below 30°C. |
| Temperature and Door Control | Touchscreen interface for temperature and robotic control. Stores up to 50 programs with data logging capability. Standard DB9 PC communication port for robot operation. Temperature Control Accuracy: ±1°C. Optional European temperature controller with accuracy up to ±0.1°C. |
| Automation Option | A robotic arm and sample tray station can be integrated with the dual-chamber furnace system for autonomous operation. Contact us to discuss your specific automation application requirements. |
| Compliance | CE Certified. NRTL certification is available at an additional cost. |
