Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder for General Applications

Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder is suitable for tape casting, ink manufacture, pellet pressing and other non-aqueous manufacturing processes.

Since this Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder is a mixed component powder we do not have a particle size specification. This powder uses NiO-F, NiO-S, YSZ-U35, and YSZ8-TC as its components. The powder’s particle size distribution will be bimodal once processing is complete.

This anode powder has been created for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) applications in mind.

• Formulation: 60% by weight NiO and 40% by weight (Y₂₃)_0.08(ZrO₂)_0.92
• After Reduction: 44.3 vol% NiO and 55.7 vol% (Y₂₃)_0.08(ZrO₂)_0.92
