MTI

The VGB-6-OTF2-VBF system consists of three tube furnaces connected to a glovebox equipped with a water and oxygen purification system, achieving H₂O and O₂ levels below 1 PPM. Heat-treated samples can be transferred directly into the glovebox for further processing.
