Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder for Coating Applications

The Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder for Coating Applications material has simple composition optimized for creating conducting layers. The powder is designed to be processed by tape casting. It is most often used in conjunction with a catalytic anode layer and is recommended to be used with our NiO-GDC. Firing temperatures are on the order of 1350°C - 1400°C. Adhesion tests are recommended.

Since this Nickel Oxide - YSZ Anode Powder is a mixed component powder we do not have a particle size specification. This powder uses NiO-F and YSZ8-TC as its components. The powder’s particle size distribution will be bimodal once processing is complete.

This anode powder has been created for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) applications in mind.
