AM-SP02-GB is an automatic solid-state synthesis workstation in a three-chamber glovebox, which includes dosing, mixing / milling, and pellet pressing.  It is an excellent workstation for preparing sulfide or halide electrolytes, as well as  air-sensitive materials


 Work Flow
  1. Program integration in computer 
  2. Automatic dosing station with 10 channels of starting powder elements 
  3. Automatic centrifugal dry mixer/ball mill  station with 6 jars ( 15 ml/each)
  4. Vibrating station to move mixed powder into pellet pressing die
  5. Automatic pellet pressing station ( 8T max.), including powder loading, pellet pressing, pellet demolding with 6 dies of 10 mm ID
  6. A robotic arm moves the sample from one station to another
  7. Option:  add an automatic tube furnace on the left glovebox for sintering pellets

Utility Requirements
  • Temperature: 25ºC±3%, Humility: 30 - 90 RH%
  • If without the glovebox, it requires a dry room with dew point below - 50ºC
