MTI

MSK-131-AM is a multiple-channel and 90°C maximum automatic hot press. It is designed to provide an even pressure load and temperature environment for the tested pouch battery to achieve a more efficient and high-quality SEI formation.
At the meanwhile, the pouch shaping can be optimized through this process. It is an ideal tool for the pouch cell production or pilot line.

Channels
  • Optional at 16, 64, and 128 channels. Max. 128 Pouch cells can be tested via multilayer pressing (Pic. 1), but optional at 16 cells or 64 cells.
  • Pressing 4 pouch cells per layer using a silicone heating plate as the separator. ( Pic. 2)
  • The thickness of the single pouch cell is Max. 12 mm. Thicker cell may reduce the total amount of cells to test.

  • Accuracy: +/- 20 Kg; From top to bottom
  • 0.5 ~0.8 MPa air compressor is required for driving pressure (not included).
