Heated Vacuum Table

The Heated Vacuum Table is primarily used for the preparation and coating of Catalyst Coated Membranes (CCM) and Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) for a variety of battery and fuel cell applications. Essential for the direct deposition of catalysts upon the membrane. The membrane is held in place by the vacuum with controlled temperature for rapid drying of painted catalyst ink layers. The heated vacuum table includes the vacuum pump, connecting tubing, bleeder valve, silicone rubber gasketing to seal excess surface area, and the controller unit for the heater. Two different versions are available for purchase: 110V and 220V.
