The MegaEIS™ ME-42SL420x200 is a highly versatile, bi-directional workstation engineered for advanced testing of fuel cells, electrolyzers, and battery modules. Featuring a combined source/load architecture, it handles up to 420 A and 200 V with a maximum power capacity of 30 kW.
With 42 fully synchronized measuring channels, the system delivers true parallel EIS data across the entire assembly. This enables continuous charge and discharge cycling without switching hardware, capturing real-time impedance shifts even under aggressive dynamic loads.

Dynamic Battery Module Cycling: Execute aggressive charge/discharge profiles on Li-ion or redox-flow battery modules. True parallel EIS captures state-of-health (SoH) variations across all 42 cells simultaneously during active operation, eliminating multiplexing delays and the need for manual probe reconnection.

Reversible Fuel Cell (rSOC) Validation: Seamlessly test solid oxide or other fuel cell stacks (PEMFC, AFC, MCFC, PAFC). The bi-directional architecture allows you to run continuous cyclic profiles, capturing real-time impedance shifts to identify degradation mechanisms under alternating power generation and electrolysis loads.

High-Current Transient Diagnostics: Measure both AC and DC currents with absolute accuracy during extreme 420 A power surges. By utilizing a unique low-impedance current sensor placed in series with the external booster, the system eliminates parasitic effects, delivering clean, precise data with 0.1% accuracy at 1.25 Msps.
